fREQUENTLY aSKED qUESTIONS

What kind of vibe does each print give off? I want to match my current mood or the mood I want to set at home.

Every print has its own unique personality - some are fierce, some are fabulously laid-back, and some are just here for a good time. If you're after a chill yet bold energy, "Wind your neck in" is your go-to. Feeling deep, introspective, but also not afraid to speak your truth? "Ewe People" might be perfect. Want to add a touch of wit? The seahorse in "Who's Your Daddy?" will definitely raise some eyebrows in the best way. Let your walls express your many moods!

Are the prints limited edition, or can I buy them later if I fall in love with another one first?

Most of my prints are available as long as there's love in the air (and paper in the printer). But occasionally, I do release limited editions - these tend to go quickly, so if you see something that speaks to your soul, best not to wait. You know how fleeting love at first sight can be.

Is there a story behind each print? Like, what inspired "Ewe People" or "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe"?

Of course! Every print has its own little backstory, like a cheeky anecdote waiting to be shared. Take "Ewe People," for instance - this one speaks to my introverted nature. As a female sheep, the ewe represents a playful double entendre, highlighting both my preference for solitude and the irony of navigating a world full of "people." It's about staying true to yourself, even if you're the odd one out.

And then there's "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe" - that's a love letter to everyone out there living life on their own terms, not taking any nonsense, with sunglasses on and a breeze of fabulousness in their step

Are these prints handmade or digitally created? I’m looking for something with a personal touch.

All prints start from a place of genuine creativity - they're sketched, doodled, or dreamt up by yours truly and then turned into digital masterpieces, printed on premium-quality paper to preserve every ounce of attitude.

Materials

What paper or materials do you use? I’d hate to buy something that’s going to fade over time

At Fox and Folly, we’re all about giving your art the treatment it deserves. We use Hahnemuhle German Etching 310gsm paper—a fancy way of saying your print gets a premium, gallery-worthy experience: a rich, vibrant look with incredible depth and a beautiful velvety texture that makes the colours sing without losing their sophistication.

Our paper is crafted to handle high-quality ink absorption, meaning your prints will keep their fabulousness for years to come. Fade-resistant? Absolutely. We’ve got you covered, so your art stays as bold and beautiful as the day it arrived—no fading away into the sunset here!

Are the colours in the prints true to what they’ll look like in real life? Any chance they’ll look different depending on the lighting in my room?

The colours are pretty true to what you see, but keep in mind, lighting does its own bit of magic. Your print might look a little warmer in the evening glow or pop a bit more under natural daylight. Think of it as mood lighting for your art - just another layer of personality.

What are the dimensions of the prints, and do they come with a frame option?

Sizes

A4 (210mm x 297mm; 8.2in x 11.6in)

  • A3 (297mm x 420mm; 11.6in x 16.5in)

Shipping

How long will it take for my print to arrive in the UK or EU?

We know you're excited to get your hands on your new print, and we’re just as keen for you to have it! For UK orders, you can typically expect delivery within 5-7 working days. For our lovely EU neighbours, it usually takes 7-10 working days.

We do our best to make sure your prints arrive promptly, but sometimes the post likes to take a scenic route - rest assured, your art is worth the wait. If anything takes longer than expected, we’re here to help make sure your masterpiece finds its way home!

Do you ship internationally? I’m in Canada, and I need this level of sass in my living room

Ah, Canada, I see you, and I love your enthusiasm! Right now, we’re keeping it close to home with UK and EU deliveries - but we’re definitely hoping to spread the love further soon. Keep an eye on us, and with any luck, we’ll get that sass across the pond to you before long. Until then, we’ll be here, keeping things fabulous!

Can I track my order, or is it like a mysterious art scavenger hunt until it arrives?

You can absolutely track your order - I wouldn’t want anyone losing sleep over when their panther, giraffe, or seahorse will arrive. Once your order ships, I’ll send you a tracking number to follow every step of its journey.

What happens if my print arrives damaged? I’m emotionally invested in that whale already.

Oh no - no one should have to endure a damaged whale! If anything happens to your print in transit, let me know right away. I'll sort it out faster than you can say "It’s too peoply out there."

Care and Packaging

Do you use eco-friendly packaging? I’d love to support a business that cares about the environment as much as I do.

Absolutely! I use eco-conscious materials whenever possible, because our planet deserves as much love as our walls do. Your prints will arrive safely, and Mother Earth will still be smiling.

What’s the best way to care for my print once I receive it? Should I frame it right away, or will it be okay rolled up for a while?

Framing it sooner rather than later is best - your print will thank you for it. Leaving it rolled up for a long time could lead to unwanted curling. Plus, framing will give it the fabulous spotlight it deserves.

Decor and Style Tips

What sizes are best for creating a gallery wall, especially if I’m planning to make "What the Duck" the centrepiece?

Great choice as a centrepiece - "What the Duck" really commands attention. I'd recommend mixing smaller and medium prints around it to create that effortless gallery look. It’s like creating a party where every guest has something interesting to say, but there's one guest everyone’s watching.

Are there suggested complementary pieces if I’m creating a gallery wall? I really want "High Hopes, Low Drama" and something to match its vibe.

"High Hopes, Low Drama" pairs wonderfully with anything that gives off relaxed yet elevated energy. Think "Ewe People" or "Do No Harm and Take No Nonsense" to bring that aspirational but easy-going mood into focus.

What type of frame would you recommend to really make these prints stand out?

A simple black or natural wood frame works wonders - it’s classic and won’t distract from the art itself. If you’re feeling bold, you could always go for a gold frame to add a touch of glam - it’s all about what makes you happy.

I want a cottagecore feel in my living room. Would the "Ewe People" print fit that aesthetic, or do you have something better?

"For Fox Sake" is right at home in a cottagecore aesthetic - think cozy countryside vibes with a hint of wit. If you're after something even more pastoral, keep an eye out - I’m always adding more prints that evoke those idyllic daydreams.

How do I best style your prints? Do you have tips on combining them with other wall decor?

The best way to style them is to let your personality shine through. Mix and match prints with other elements - mirrors, shelves, even quirky trinkets - to create a gallery that’s uniquely you. These pieces work best when they feel like part of your story, so get creative!

Will these prints go well in my bathroom/kitchen/entryway, or are they more suited to a living space?

They’ll look fabulous anywhere - bathroom humour, kitchen sass, or hallway vibes. Pick the print that matches the mood of the room. The whale might be just right for a bathroom, whereas the giraffe with "Wind Your Neck In" is a perfect reminder in an entryway after a long day.

Whimsical Curiosities

Why is the seahorse pregnant? I mean, I know male seahorses do that, but why choose him for "Who's Your Daddy?"—what’s the story?

I just couldn't resist the ultimate role reversal. Seahorses are proof that sometimes life’s greatest wonders come from unexpected places - and honestly, what’s more fun than a sassy take on nature's unique characters? Plus, it’s guaranteed to be a conversation starter.

If I’m having a really bad day, which print of yours would you recommend to cheer me up?

For those days when it’s all a bit much, "I’m just that motherflocker" is the perfect boost of confidence. It's bold, witty, and reminds you to stay fierce even when things get tough.

How do these prints make me feel more me in my own space? What’s the message you want me to experience every day?

These prints are all about embracing who you are - quirks, attitude, and all. They’re here to remind you to laugh, to stay true, and to never let life dull your sparkle. I want you to walk past them every day and feel empowered to take on the world, one vibe at a time.

Why "Wind Your Neck In" with the giraffe? Is there a deeper message to that one, or is it just playful and cheeky?

It’s a bit of both. On the surface, it’s playful - a giraffe with its neck bent, just taking it easy. But it’s also a gentle nudge for all of us to relax, take a breath, and maybe not make mountains out of molehills. Low drama, high hopes - that’s the goal.

If you could only put one of your prints in your own home, which one would you pick and why? I need help deciding!

Tough choice, but I'd probably pick "What the Duck?" It’s bold, it’s funny, and it’s just the kind of unapologetic energy I want around me. It's all about embracing those unexpected moments with a bit of wit, and it never fails to make me smile.

Buying & Support Questions

Can I get a discount if I buy multiple prints? I think I need about five of these.

Oh, you’ve got great taste! I occasionally run promotions, and I’m always open to creating a bundle deal for true art lovers. Keep an eye on the site or send me a message - let’s make that gallery wall dream happen!

How often do you release new prints? I want to make sure I don’t miss out on something that’s exactly my vibe.

New prints drop whenever inspiration strikes, which is pretty often! It’s like a little surprise party for your walls every few weeks. Make sure you sign up for the newsletter so you’re always in the loop - no FOMO allowed.

What’s the return policy? Just in case my partner says it’s a bit too sassy for the dining room.

Since each piece is printed to order just for you, I'm afraid I can't accept returns if you've simply changed your mind. I want each print to find a forever home where it's loved - but if something arrives damaged, do reach out and I'll make it right!

Do you ever do special collections or collaborations? I'd love to see some of your style mixed with other artists or themes.

I’m all about collaborations! I love mixing styles and bringing new energy to the prints. Keep an eye out - special collections tend to pop up when you least expect them, and they’re always a treat.

How can I keep updated on your new releases or special deals? Do you have a newsletter or a secret club?

Yes, indeed! There’s the newsletter - think of it as your VIP pass to new prints, special deals, and behind-the-scenes fun. Sign up, and you’ll always be in the know. It’s almost like being part of a secret club, but without the secret handshake (for now).
